Did you know that the recommended hours of sleep for college-aged students is 7 to 9 hours? Sleep is super important to your overall health and daily functioning. While you sleep, your brain stores all the information you learned during the day in class and while you were studying. Lack of sleep causes you to be low on energy, cranky, not as focused, feeling more stress, and overall not performing at 100%.
