two-week quarantine menu & Grocery List
We hope you're feeling great! But, if you're experiencing any of the symptoms of COVID-19, or learn that you have been exposed, you will be asked to quarantine for two weeks (make sure you're contacting FAU Student Health Services as soon as possible, and they will give you more specific guidance). To make sure you're prepared in case you're asked to quarantine, we recommend stocking up on two weeks worth of mostly non-perishable food items. I know this has already crossed your mind, but two weeks is a long time, and even thinking about how much food that equates to can be overwhelming and difficult--not to mention, you may not have access to a full size fridge or a stove/oven. WE GOT YOUUUU! Check out these microwave/budget-friendly menu options, grocery list, and campus resources and you'll have everything you need to stay fueled during quarantine. As always, thank you for wearing a face covering, physical distancing, and washing your hands! #protectyourowlfamily
