Stretches to keep you feeling good!
Due to daily habits and a generally sedentary lifestyle, most people will experience tightness in various muscles throughout the body. Tight muscles can lead to pain and discomfort that can affect your ability to be active successfully. An often neglected component of being active, which can help relieve muscle tightness, is proper stretching. Here are some general tips when it comes to stretching:

- Stretch muscles after being active when they are warm
- Hold each stretch for a minimum of 15 – 30 seconds
- Perform each stretch 2-3 times for the best results
- Only stretch to the point of tension, not pain
