meal prep - NOt just for body builders
Ever scroll by pictures of food-packed Tupperware towers and wonder why people choose to spend their whole Sunday afternoon in the kitchen? Whether you’re overwhelmed or intrigued by this concept, this post is for you!
Despite the recent hype, meal prepping is not an entirely new concept. If you can pack your lunch, you can meal prep. The point is simple: get the bulk of your cooking done at once, so when you’re dragging yourself through your busy schedule, figuring out where to stop for lunch is the least of your worries. You can cook all your meals on Sunday afternoon, or cook larger meals a couple times per week and pack the leftovers.
Although it might seem easiest to cook a lot of one meal and eat the same thing every day, you might want to consider making at least two different recipes so you don’t get bored of having the same meal over and over. And if you choose two recipes with similar ingredients, it won’t be that much extra effort. See below for potential recipes.

Bring whatever size Tupperware fits the amount of food that will satisfy you and provide the energy you need. You can even bring multiple Tupperware.
