It is that time of year when it seems like everyone you know is getting sick. As a college student you may find it difficult to stay healthy. Did you know that students are at higher risk of getting sick? Close-quartered living spaces, communal areas, and increased exposure rates, you interact with a larger amount of people compared to non-students, make you more susceptible to viruses. If you are starting to panic, don’t. We got you covered with everything you need to know about prevention and making sure you don’t get sick this flu season.
The NUMBER ONE way to prevent the flu is by getting your flu shot! Now we know there are a lot of rumors and stigmas about vaccines so here is what you need to know!
