Often we think that in order to truly feel relaxed and content we need hours of doing nothing but relaxing activities. However that is actually NOT true. While we would prefer hours, sometimes all we have is 15 minutes. If you remember from previous posts, stress is a physiologic response that our body has to life events. Which means since stress is a physical experience, it can be easier to manage.
