become a morning person
For some, becoming a morning person sounds like the MOST absurd thing that you could possibly do. However, starting your day off right and creating a morning routine could possibly be the best thing that you can do for yourself. How many times have you found yourself at the end of the day feeling like you didn’t get everything accomplished that you wanted to? Or you plan a workout for the evening but you’re too exhausted by the time that you are supposed to go to the gym? Or you are laying in bed trying to go to sleep but you can’t fall asleep for one reason or another? All of these problems and more can be fixed by slowing shifting your schedule to become a morning person.
Things you can accomplish when you get up earlier are a workout, more effective study time, self-care, prep your food for the day, and more. By getting all this stuff done first thing in the morning, you start your day feeling more accomplished and it clears up your afternoons and evenings for anything unexpected. Plus you woke up earlier, moved your body, accomplished all the things, so when you go to lay down at night your body and mind are both tired, making it easier to fall asleep. Interested yet? |
